Workshop Description
Core Competencies ensure data-driven planning, evidence-based implementation, and outcome-based decision-making. Each module is based on one of the five Strategic Prevention Framework (SPF) stages. Each module includes discussion of strategies for applying the SPF in real-world settings. Participants will build knowledge around integrating the SPF into county-wide systems and processes, as well as methods for applying the principles to local programming efforts.
Planning - Module 3
Addresses the thought processes and tools that support planning in SUD prevention. This training discusses logic models and their role in prevention planning, implementation, and evaluation, as well as how the strategic plan and logic model come together.
Implementation - Module 4
