This conference is all about across core knowledge content teaching preparing providers to "Bring It"! Speakers will be giving participants real strategies that work when connecting the dots and pairing subjects like, life skills and math

This Welcome Address will touch on Kyle Greene's leadership training "A Village of Love - The Pour Into Effect". Greene will share his story being the byproduct of a village that poured many things into growing up but "love" being the greatest of them all.

Dynamic child advocate and motivational speaker. Passionate about accountability and the utilization of creative resources. Greene emphasizes to providers how important it is to visualize outcomes and incorporating strategies that will support overall community goals that impacting the current state of society; to include, long-term effects of our actions in regard to our future- the kids!
Trainer: Shawntel Green:
Highly interactive trainer, known for her non-traditional interactive training methods and The Training In A Bag will be presenting the Magic of Bringing Curriclums Alive. Green is the owner of TIPS for Child Care Institute and has been conducting interactive training supporting providers across the globe for over 15 years. As former program director Green "gets it", and understands the challenges embarked on today's administrators and providers.
Trainer: Billie Green- Smith:
A child development guru who has provided training and development both global and nationally as a H.I.P.P.Y, Prevent Child Abuse of America, and State University Systems and State employee. GreenSmith has attended WestEd and K.I.T train-the-trainer institutes. A motivator and keynote speaker on the issues of advocacy and funding for states and federal dollars a huge resource as a consultant GreenSmith carries over 30 years of experience in children and family services she is known for her tact and personable qualities. As a trainer of development GreenSmith is a creative and passionate trainer of quality child care practices and the intergration of theory to practice as a practical measure to support center based programming.
