You've Survived. Now it's time for you to thrive.

Important strategies you will learn include:

Jan 11  OPERATE:  Learn Strategies for business funding and operations

Jan 18  NAVIGATE:  Discover how to take the time for planning and strategic thinking

Jan 25  COMMUNICATE:  Develop or refine your "Core Value" (what your customers really love about you) and learn ways to communiate it to others.

This series, led by small business expert SCORE volunteer instructors, will help entrepreneurs understand the crucial components of running a successful business through their business life cycle.

This is a hands on workshop, with a workbook provided.  All particpants will be invited to participate in an optional follow on peer-to-peer learning roundtable as part of each class.
