Grain bowls are incredibly popular for a reason - they are healthy, filling and chock- full of flavor one-bowl meals that have countless ingredient combinations to please everyone from seasoned gourmet to laid back comfort foodie! In this hands on class, Mary Weaver, owner of Newport Cooks, will teach us to make 3 delicious Grain Bowls that call on the flavors of Thailand, Mexico and India, using ingredients from our local Farmer’s Markets for inspiration. We’ll eat everything we make and taste beer and wine to compliment the menu.
