DANA PERRY is a shareholder attorney with Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C. With more than 25 years of experience helping individuals and families secure their futures and protect their assets, Dana Perry approaches estate planning, elder law, and special needs cases with the expertise and compassion clients deserve.  Her hands-on approach ensures clients understand their options and know how to successfully navigate the complex landscape of multi-generational estate and tax planning, long-term care planning, Medicaid rules and regulations, supplemental needs trusts, and more. Through creative planning and full-scale needs analysis, Dana works with clients to craft a holistic plan that will best minimize future expenses and maximize their family’s protection. Ms. Perry is certified as an Elder Law Specialist by the Tennessee Commission on Continuing Legal Education and Specialization and is licensed to practice in Tennessee and Georgia. She is a frequent speaker on estate planning and elder law topics.

DAVID HUNTER is a tax, corporate, and business law attorney with Chambliss, Bahner & Stophel, P.C. He advises individuals and businesses in a variety of estate planning, federal and state tax law, corporate law, and general business law matters. Mr. Hunter is admitted to practice law in Tennessee and Alabama and before the U.S. Tax Court. Prior to becoming an attorney, he was employed with Ernst & Young LLP and is an inactive Certified Public Accountant. He served as Graduate Editor of the Tax Law Review while earning his master of laws in taxation from New York University School of Law.
