Floor Barre Class with Michael
Michael brings his new class to motivate students to a new level of movement challenge. A combination of Pilates and dance based exercises but as always together with great music in his new concept of class formatting launching a new music CD.
Pilates Breath Class with Michael
Breathing – the ‘vegetable on your plate’ of Pilates. How do you make it feel that the meal is incomplete without it? Malcolm will give you a class where you will use your breath to focus on improving your technique and finding new quality of both the movements and your breathing. Use breathe to retrain your diaphragm and intercostal muscles to experience the natural benefits that will bring
Rotational Pilates Class with Michael
Come and explore the possibilities of movements in different directional planes that take you beyond the traditional positions. Start standing with rotational movements, that are then transferred to the mat and are designed to open and lengthen the spine, shoulders and hips.
Integrated Stretching with Michael
With a simple introduction into the anatomy of the muscle and stretching Malcolm will guide you on how to assess a person flexibility during a Matwork Class and then introduce relevant stretches and stretching methods to be easily integrated into your Group Class and also personal training.
Disco Barre Class with Michael
Finish the day with this fun and energising class where Michael launches Number 1 of his new ‘one a month’ Themed Barre Classes. With this first class, he returns us back to the great era of Disco Music. Dance and boogie you way through these Barre exercises that can be done with chairs or fixed Barres. A great fun way to close the day!
