Join Josh Daly, Business Attorney, for information on

Legal Issues for your Small Business!

Sole proprietorship or LLC? What are the laws regarding registering my business?  Do I need any special licenses? These questions and dozens of others arise as an entrepreneur starts the business planning process.  Our January Roundtable will focus on the legal requirements and choices that face all new business owners.

The January Roundtable will be held on Friday, January 27, 2017 in the conference room at Dunkin' Donuts, 3670 MacArthur Rd, Whitehll, PA and run from 8:00-9:30 AM.  Our subject matter expert will be Josh Daly, a Schencksville based business attorney.  Our roundtables are offered at no charge, however, advance registration is required.  Visit the Lehigh Valley SCORE website at www.lehighvalley.score.org to register or call Tracy Damiani at (610)266-3000.

Roundtable discussions will be facilitated by a SCORE member. Our "subject matter experts will offer brief introductory comments on the topic and then the session will be open to discussion and questions by the participants.

These roundtables will offer participants an excellent opportuniy to meet other small business owners and developers and to gain valuable insight and information on a variety of topics relevant to small business.

While each participant will be given approximately 30 seconds to introduce themselves and may share their business card, participants may not distribute any type of marketing materials.

Registration is limited so please contact us today!
