SNAI Leadership Conference 2017

Join us as we celebrate the future nurse leaders of Illinois.  This event will put you in contact with nursing students and their faculty.

This is shaping up to be the must attend event for future nurse leaders. On March 18th, 2017 at Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, IL, students will rally under Miss Colorado Nurse Kelley and her “Show me your stethoscope” campaign and learn from the ever inspirational Rosemary Gibson, who recently spoke at the Power of Nursing Leadership Event in Chicago.

Exhibitor Options:

Exhibitor Table: $200
A plain 6 foot table will be provided in our exhibitor hall.  Location of the table is first come, first served.  We encourage you to bring any electronic devices, but we cannot guarantee that there will be an outlet near your table.  You are responsible for setting up and taking down your table.  One lunch is provided per exhibitor table.  

Absentee Exhibitor Table: $300
If you would like your school/organization to have a table in our exhibitor hall, but you are unable to send a representative, this is the option for you.  Our Director of Marketing will work with you to have your materials sent in advance.   Your materials will  be set up and displayed at their own table. Leftover materials cannot be mailed back.  Please email marketing@snaillinois.com for details before purchasing this option.

Tentative Schedule of Events: Saturday, March 18th, 2017:
***Exhibitors are invited to attend both exhibit hall sessions.  The morning exhibit hall session is optional.  If the exhibitor would like to attend both exhibit hall sessions, they may arrive from 8:00-9:00am.  If the exhibitor would like to attend the afternoon exhibit hall only, they may arrive from 10:30-11:30am. ***

8:00am-9:00am: Exhibitors arrive & set up 

9:00am-10:15am: Attendees sign-in & visit exhibit hall

10:15am-11:30am: Attendees listen to speaker, Nurse Kelly 

10:30am-11:30am: Afternoon-only exhibitors arrive & set up 

11:30am-1:00pm: Attendees eat lunch & visit exhibit hall

1:00pm-2:00pm:  Exhibitors tear-down their exhibit tables

1:00pm-2:00pm: Attendees listen to speaker, Rosemary Gibson

2:00pm-2:20pm: Attendees listen to speaker, Ann O'Sullivan, ANA IL Vice President

2:30: Conference ends 

Simple Overview: 
Exhibitors arrive at 8:00-9:00am to set up.  The exhibit hall will have students from 9:00am-10:15am and from 11:30am-1:00pm.  Exhibitors take down their materials and leave at 1:00-2:00pm.
