Program Description:
For this presentation, you will learn the background of impact investing.  We will discuss the history and the growth of ESG investing practices including ESG investing trends within the US and International.  We will review investment options as well as screening options and resources during this presentation.

Speaker Bios:
Mike Fardy, CIMA, CPM
Northern Trust Asset Management
Michael Fardy is National Sales Manager for the FlexShares Exchange Traded Funds Group.  He is a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience distributing investment solutions through financial intermediaries.  Mike’s responsibilities in addition to collaborating with targeted clients, include sales management, distribution strategy and brand and product management.

Mike has worked in the ETF industry for over 10 years, in business development, national accounts, and most recently in ETF Strategy.

Mike graduated from the University of Michigan with a BA in Economics, and also holds the CIMA and CPM designations.  Mike and his family live in the Boston area.
