Tuesday, April 18th - 1:15: - 5:45 pm - Vendor Showcase

Tuesday, April 18th - 6:00 - 10:00 pm  – Dinner and Awards 

Wednesday, April 19th - All day - Educational Breakouts

It’s that time again, time to celebrate our partnerships of 2016 and plan our continued success for 2017. Rent One’s Annual Meeting will take place at the Ameristar Casino in St. Charles, Mo. April 18th and 19th, 2017. 

The Vendor Showcase is open to all of our meeting sponsors and will be held on Tuesday, April 18th from 1:15 pm thru 5:45 pm. The vendor showcase allows each of our attending vendor sponsors the opportunity to meet and speak with members of our management staff and corporate office.  Vendor tables are made available for product peripherals including catalogs or display materials. Product displays are not recommended as space and time is limited. 

 Our Awards Dinner will also take place on the 18th with the reception starting at 6:15 p.m. We will recognize our Store Manager of the Year, Employee of the Year and the Vendor of the Year that night as well as several other employee awards.

April 19th has been reserved for educational breakouts and Platinum Sponsors will have an unique opportunity to meet independently with our Regional Manager staff and select Store Managers. 

We do have some special opportunities for sponsorship this year and would appreciate any assistance you might choose in helping us as we celebrate our successes in 2016 and move forward towards a successful 2017.

Sponsorships Opportunities for Annual Meeting:

• Premium Platinum Sponsor- Rent One MeetingShirt Sponsor $5000 (2 available) - Company logo displayed on all meetings shirts.  Our Premium Platinum sponsor will enjoy all the benefits included in our Platinum Sponor level. 
• Platinum Sponsor $2500 (5 available) Your name and logo placement on signage, flyers and materials used throughout meeting. Invitation for two for dinner and 2 nights lodging. Special mention at awards dinner and opening address. Highly visible placement for your company banner. Listing in any print advertising that may exist for the 2 day program. NEW THIS YEAR: Platinum Sponsors will have an unique opportunity to meet with our Regional Manager staff and select Store Managers on Wednesday, April 19th during the Educational Breakouts. 
• Silver Sponsor $2000– Named as sponsor for 2 day meeting, name and logo placement in signage, flyer and placement for your company banner. Invitation for two for dinner and two nights lodging. Opportunity for a 5-10 minute discussion with key members of the Rent One purchasing team.
• Bronze Sponsor $1500 – Named as sponsor for 2 day meeting, name and logo placement in signage, flyer and placement for your company banner. Invitation for two for dinner and one night lodging. Special mention during training sessions. 
• Breakout Sponsor $1000– Named as sponsor for 2 day meeting, name placment on signage througout meeting space. Invitation for 1 to dinner. 
• Partner Sponsor - $500  - Space in the Vendor Visits up to 2 companies.
