Employment First Webinar- Person Centered Planning for Career and Life Goals on Jan 20, 2017

How do we look at job seekers with fresh eyes, maintain individuality, brainstorm around issues of concern, build on strengths, and maximize the use of teams and community to place people in integrated jobs and meaningful lives?

This webinar will provide attendees with samples of Person Centered Planning maps for download and show how to facilitate plans that focus on job seekers’ preferences and interests, community connections, skills and abilities, essential resources and supports for success, assistive technology, connection to Discovery and Customized Employment, and use of the team to assist in the job search and the development of meaningful lives outside of work.
