This webinar will provide attendees with samples of Person Centered Planning maps for download and show how to facilitate plans that focus on job seekers’ preferences and interests, community connections, skills and abilities, essential resources and supports for success, assistive technology, connection to Discovery and Customized Employment, and use of the team to assist in the job search and the development of meaningful lives outside of work.
Highlights of the webinar include:
1) Ways to use Person Centered Planning to support WIOA and new CMS rulings
2) Methods and maps to use with job seekers including those with the highest support needs
3) Ways to address job seeker anxiety and other issues
