About the webinar
If we look at the agenda of all international supervision conferences in the east and west of Europe and count the themes, we have:
Clearly, the focus is not on research and the journey onward should start with an inventory of what is needed. David Clutterbuck attempted to do this during the last conference in Oxford-Brookes and this effort must be pursued. Recently we have identified a number of Ph.D. dissertations and articles that outline where we are and we’ll show and discuss the key findings.
The webinar thus will provide a general overview of the current research landscape of Supervision. Then the discussion will be turned to what we all feel is needed to make a significant progresses in research related to supervision: future directions and actionable points. Methodologies, but not only, is most certainly one of the key item to address during this discussion.
Dr Michel Moral spent most of his career in an international environment as a manager and executive. In 2003 he created a coaching and supervision practice. He holds a Master degree in Science & Technology and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology. He has published ten books related to management, coaching and supervision. He trains coaches at University, supervises coaches and trains supervisors (with an EMCC ESQA accreditation) with Florence Lamy. He is the EMCC International WorkGroup leader for ESIA (individual accreditation for supervisors).
