Please join us for the opening reception on Saturday, January 28, from 6-8pm.
We are excited to host Michelle Myles and Brad Fink, co-owners of Daredevil Tattoo Museum, with a live tattoo demonstration: recreating a piece of Gus Wagner's original artwork from the The Alan Govenar and Kaleta Doolin Tattoo Collection.
There will be a silent auction during the exhibition with two chances to win a Gus Wagner tattoo of your own, as well as special walking tours, signed rare books, and a limited edition letterpress print. All proceeds from the live auction will go towards the care and conservation of the South Street Seaport Museum's Tattoo Collection.
