 Learn why a business plan and a marketing strategy are critical to your business success. Are you just not sure where you are going with marketing your business?  Learn how developing a marketing plan will bring organization and focus to developing your key marketing strategies.

* Where do I start? Will anyone buy my product? Who is my competition?

* Strategies and Tactics and putting it together.

Instructor: Irene Dec , Palm Beach SCORE’s Vice Chair for Education.

In addition to mentoring clients, she develops and coordinates all SCORE workshop programs and engages instructors to conduct them. Her corporate experience includes international operations, technology, information systems, risk management, and large corporate program development and implementation in Asia and Europe as well as domestically.

Irene’s presentations include Year 2000 (Y2K) compliance, Managing International Teams, presenting to a Senate subcommittee, and to the New Jersey governor on Y2K compliance.
