Featured Beers (Menu to Follow):
"At Druthers, we choose to make honest beer. Never sacrificing quality, never cutting corners. It’s just great beer."
The Dare (Gose) - A little-known German-style ale brewed with coriander and a small amount of salt. Fermented with lactobacillus as well as yeast to create a refreshing, citrusy tartness. Gold Award winner at the 2014 World Beer Cup (German-style sour ale category)! Gold at the 2014 World Beer Cup
With: Duck pastrami, medjool date, blood orange salad
Druthers Amber - This English-style Extra Special Bitter is actually quite malty, with a bit of hop fruitiness to add complexity.
With: House hot dog, pretzel bun, kimchi
Against the Grain Hefeweizen - This special Bavarian–style wheat beer is made with beech wood-smoked malt. The unique yeast used to ferment this malty brew produces fruity and spicy aromas reminiscent of bananas and cloves. Save the lemon for a lesser beer!
With: Barbacoa taco, smoked tomato salsa
All In IPA - This is a hoppy, American-style India pale ale. Amarillo and Citra hops are the dominant varieties, with Horizon providing a strong yet smoothly bitter finish. German Vienna malt is there to provide balance.
With: House ricotta and butternut squash gnocchi, omorro purée, brussel chips
Fist of Karma Brown Ale - An American brown ale that really kicks ass with a balance of hop and malt character. The aroma and flavor are hop forward, but rich Munich malt more than balances
With: Fist of karma donut, brown ale frosting
