Join us on October 14, 2017 for the 4th Annual Corporate Counsel Classic, a Golf, Spa, Wellness and Networking Event to Celebrate the ACC Foundation and Make a Difference in the Local Legal Community.

The Corporate Counsel Classic, held in conjunction with the ACC Annual Meeting, is the premier golf, spa and networking event in the legal community.  Now in its fourth year, this world-class event provides excellent opportunities to network with in-house counsel while playing golf on a professional caliber golf course, experiencing holistically authentic wellness activities, and actively engaging at the always lively evening awards networking reception - all before the ACC Annual Meeting!  This event is open to all ACC members and supporters, as well as those who may not be attending or sponsoring the ACC Annual Meeting. Proceeds from The Classic will benefit a local legal charity.

The Corporate Counsel Classic features a charity golf tournament where all guests enjoy unparalleled access to in-house counsel through an event custom designed for networking and relationship building.  To further encourage the networking on the greens, the matching of in-house counsel and ACC members with sponsor foursomes will be strategic and organized by practice area.  This year, the golf event will take place at the pretigious 1757 Club in Dulles, Virginia, just a short ride outside of the city.  The Spa and Wellness day, customized and designed to ensure an abundance of opportunities to make meaningful connections with in-house counsel, law firms and legal service providers, while nurturing and enhancing your inner wellness, will be enjoyed at the brand new Spa and Salon at the MGM National Harbor.  Whether it is during lunch, in a wellness class or relaxing in between treatments, participants will engage with each other and enjoy themselves in a calm setting.  The selection of wellness classes is extensive and includes a yoga flow class, home spa recipe class, breathing for meditation and sleep, and self healing reflexology.  New this year, salon services as well as barber services for our gentlemen have been added.  PLEASE NOTE: the complimentary ACC member in-house counsel spots for the spa have all been reserved and In-House Counsel Registration for this portion of the event is now closed.

After the day's events, all guests are invited to join us on the rooftop of the Adams and Reese offices in Washington, D.C. for a fantastic view of the city and a lively and engaging evening Networking Reception and tournament awards presentation.

New to the Classic events this year, join us the evening before for the ACC Foundation’s “Pairings Party” sponsored by Wilmer Hale! This sports-themed event will be held at the Presidents Sports Bar in the Renaissance Washington, DC Downtown Hotel. Open to all Corporate Counsel Classic participants, this is an opportunity to relax and unwind, reconnect with old friends, and make new friends. Golfers will have the added benefit of finding pairings for the Corporate Counsel Classic Golf Tournament.  Join us as we grab a drink, enjoy some nibbles and share a laugh. The attire and atmosphere is casual.
