KPS/KCOMPS Members: $65
Members-in-Training: $30
Physician (Non-Members): $90
Other Disciplines (Non-Members & Non-Member Residents): $55
- Any registrations received after March 10, 2017 will be considered on-site and you will need to check-in at the registration registration desk at the meeting. On-site registration includes an additional $25 charge.
- If payment is not received by March 10, a $25 service charge will be assessed to each registration.
- Credit card payments are available through online registration ONLY.
- Refund Policy: If a request to cancel is received by e-mail (kari@kearneyandassociates.com) on or before March 10, a refund will be made minus a $25 processing fee. After March 10, no refunds will be granted.
