After this course you will be able to:
- Adapt core real estate competencies and use new skills to serve clients who want to invest in single family homes, condos, townhomes, and small multifamily properties
 
- Work with investors as they goal set, plan, evaluate, and  acquire properties, as well as manage them
 

- Walk the talk and learn how to become a real estate investor yourself

This course qualifies as an elective course for the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) Designation.

Ginni Field, ABR®, BPOR, CRB, GRI, SFR®, SRES®, 2013 NAR REBAC Hall of Fame

Ginni Field has been a National Trainer since 1990.

Ginni is certified to teach National Association of REALTORS® designation courses including Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Council Manager (CRB), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and multiple certification courses.
Ginni also served as Vice President, Leadership Development for an International Real Estate company where she created their agent and brokerage leadership curricula. She has written multiple courses on time management, business planning and goal setting, organizational efficiency and other programs for real estate agents, companies and small businesses.
