Chapter 10 of the Code of Miami-Dade County

Florida Statute 713 (Construction Lien Law)
Note 1: These CEU Classes are ONLY valid for Miami-Dade license holders and Local Union 725 Collective Bargaining Agreement, section 4.03, not for Journeyman Broward License, State license or Contractor License holders.
Note 2: These CEU classes are required by the Miami-Dade County Board of Commissioners.

- Classes description:
Chapter 10 of the Code of Miami-Dade County: this course will teach the attendants the requirements, licenses and specifics of the Miami-Dade County Code Chapter 10.
Florida Statute 713 (Construction Lien Law): this Course will provide fundamentals information regarding the Florida Statutes Chapter 713 mechanic's lien and will describe how comprehensive and complex the Florida law governing mechanic's lien is.
- Classes will be divided in one (1) hour per class. You must attend both classes in order to get CEU credits.
- $50.00 deposit is required. It will be refunded to you ONLY if you attend the classes you are register for in their entirely. If you don't show up, come in late or leave ealy we will keep the $50.00 deposit. For more information refer to our ARPEC Class Refund Policy.
- Continuing Education Units: 2 hours.
