The Class date has changed
- Please note that the Customer Service Class date was changed from March 18 to April 8, due to schedule conflict with the Union Picnic.
- Instructor: Jason Hebbert
- Class description: This course will consist of the development of customer service, how to interact with different types of customers and will introduce you to the S.T.A.R.S program. Class includes videos and discussion.
- License renewal: This class apply to Journeyman Continuing Education requirements for Miami-Dade License renewal and Local Union 725 Collective Bargainin Agreement, section 4.03. This class is NOT VALID for Journeyman Broward License, State License or Contractor License renewal.
- $50.00 deposit is required: it will be refunded to you ONLY if you attend the class you are register for in its entirely. If you don't show up, come in late or leave early we will keep the $50.00 deposit. For more information refer to our ARPEC Class Refund Policy.
