Helping Your Child w/ADHD or a Learning Disability Improve Performance in Classwork and Homework

This training will provide an overview of skills that children with ADHD and Learning Disabilities often struggle with such as: organization, focus, time management, and task completion. These skills are also known as executive function (EF) skills.  We will discuss the role that EF skills plays in class work and homework activities.  Strategies for supporting the child through accommodations and teaching new skills to assist with school performance and homework tasks will be explored.
