ACCESS 2017 State Agency (Spot Bid) Registration
The “Doing Business Texas Style” Spot Bid Contract Fair, held in conjunction with the Dallas/Fort Worth Minority Supplier Development Council’s “ACCESS 2017” Business Expo held in Irving Texas on May 8 -9, 2017. The D/FW MSDC is celebrating over 40 years of connecting Minority Suppliers with Private, Public, and Government Agencies for business access, opportunities and utilization.
The "Doing Business Texas Style” Spot Bid Contract Fair provides procurement opportunities for Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs) throughout Texas who supply the goods and services sought by your agency. The unique format of this contract fair includes on the spot contract awards and live event-time announcements of bid winners. We strongly encourage ALL agencies and universities to bring spot bids to share and award to HUB vendors at this event.
Cost: $350.00 (Table, 1 ticket to all events to include, Reception on Monday, Lunch on Tuesday and Expo)
Additional Tickets for all events can be purchased for $100.00 (includes, Reception on Monday, Lunch on Tuesday, and expo.
