Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) Designation Course

A seller shouldn't work without one- neither should you. The SRS Designation is the premier credential in seller representation. It is designed to elevate professional standards and enhance personal performance.

Whether you are new to the industry or a seasoned veteran, the SRS Course will redefine your 'normal' and reinvent the way you represent sellers. Come learn tips and tools that will equip you to list in today's marketplace.

-Increase listings and grow your business
-Demonstrate and communicate your value package
-Understand and apply the Code of Ethics & Standards of Practice
-Understand and comply with state license laws
-Understand and apply methods, tools and techniques to provide support and services that sellers want and need

Exam not required for this course.

Cost:  $179 for all REALTORS®
  • $40 Refresher Fee for REALTORS® Already SRS Designated (Must provide proof of previously earning the SRS Designation)

Instructor: Ginni Field, ABR®, BPOR, CRB, GRI, SFR®, SRES®, 2013 NAR REBAC Hall of Fame

Ginni Field has been a National Trainer since 1990.

Ginni is certified to teach National Association of REALTORS® designation courses including Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Certified Real Estate Brokerage Council Manager (CRB), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and multiple certification courses.
Ginni also served as Vice President, Leadership Development for an International Real Estate company where she created their agent and brokerage leadership curricula. She has written multiple courses on time management, business planning and goal setting, organizational efficiency and other programs for real estate agents, companies and small businesses.


Please note all cancellations within 7 days before the course will result in a $10 cancellation fee or you may apply it as a credit towards another WSGVAR class within the same calendar year.
