Intro to Lace Knitting--Feb 28 6-7:30pm 

With all those ssk's k2tog's, yo's, s2k1p's, charts, right sides and wrong sides, it is easy to be intimidated by lace knitting. Don't let it scare you too much, with a little know how and confidence all those abbreviations and charts full of symbols will suddenly make sense. 

Join us for this intro to lace knitting course, where we will make lace charts easier to read, abbreviations part of our regular language and chat about finishing our lace pieces.

With this scarf pattern, we will make lace fun!

Materials: 355 yards of lace weight yarn (reccomended yarn is Remembrance by Jojoland) Size US3 needles in preferred style for knitting flat, stitch markers

Fee: $30, pattern included and 10% off all class materials purchased at CGY

There is homework for this class, please pick up your materials and copy of the pattern at your earliest convenience so you can complete the 6 rows of homework prior to class.
