• Cancellations made after the reservation deadline will be billed
• Members may send substitutes, but nonmember rate applies to nonmembers
• No-shows are billed
• No-Shows and cancellations, including guests, are billed to the member who makes the reservation
• Late registration fees apply to all members, late registrants and walk-ins
• Meal selections and timely service for late registrants, walk-ins or late arrivals cannot be guaranteed

• Members’ guests may attend at the member rate at their first PDSC meeting, after this the non-member rate applies
