Transportation Law & Finance Symposium

The Traffic Club of the Lehigh Valley welcomes  Stephanie Penninger from Benesch Attorneys, and Randy Hooper of Katz, Sapper & Miller to our second annual Transportation Law & Finance Symposium.  Ms. Penninger and Mr. Hooper will be presenting on a variety of topics that cover current trends and changes within our industries that may affect you, your business, or your company.

This event was well attended last year by members from the small business sector, 3PL industry, shippers, and carriers.  Much of what will be discussed will benefit those who manage assets, like private fleets, or are servicing clients as a non-asset operation.  Those running their own business within the supply chain discipline will gain insights on upcoming financial topics associated with the new year and change in government.  Our speakers are experts in their fields, and will provide you with details on;

  • Recent transportion law court decisions and their importance to the industry around claims, risk management, and changes in the regulatory landscape.
  • What are the impact of recent business tax law changes and what we may see from the new adminstration in Washington.
  • Practical legal opinion that you can use to guide strategy within your business.
  • Recent ecnomic trends within the logistics and supply chain industry.

Our evening's schedule will include a networking opportunity, dinner, and Q&A session:

  • Registration/Networking:  6 - 6:30 pm
  • Presentation:  6:30 - 7 pm
  • Buffet Dinner:  7 - 7:30 pm
  • Presentation Conclusion-Q&A: 7:30-8 pm
  • Networking/Wrap-Up:  8 - 8:30 pm

Don't delay and reserve your seat now!  If you have any questions please reach out to our event commitee contacts listed in this announcment.
