By registering for the 2017 Annual Business Meeting you agree to allow the hotel to share your reservation information with MIC3 to ensure that you receive the discounted rate and are counted toward the conference room block.Registration and attendance at, or participation in, MIC3 meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to MIC3's use and distribution (now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee's image or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions and audio of such events and activities.
Hotel Reservation
Commissioners/Designees/Ex-Officio
MIC3 will fund 2 nights for official attendees (Commissioners or Designees and Ex-Officios). There may be a requirement for some of the official attendees to have 3 nights covered such as the Executive Committee or members of the training team. If you believe you require 3 nights, please contact the National Office for approval.
Official Attendees are asked to ensure that they read the contents of the revised Travel Policy. The travel policy contains essential information regarding areas suchs as:
- Airfare, Rental Car Policy, Mileage/Driving, Parking/Valet, Expense Claim Requirements

- Valet $28 per day
- Off Site Parking $15 per day
All Attendees
MIC3 has negotiated a room rate of $151 which is subject to applicable state and local taxes. The hotel has agreed to this price for 3 days before and after the meeting dates, subject to availability. You will be required to contact the hotel direct if you wish to book rooms outside the room block dates 24-28 Oct.
