Strategic Planning for you Business

"Listening to Your Business"™

a Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation program

Please join us for an interactive workshop designed to help existing business owners establish a three-year vision. 

Facilitated by certified FastTrac® Affiliates, the workshop guides participants through a process of reflection, visioning and planning.

In a "Listening to Your Business" workshop, participants:

  • Examine their businesses with strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities model
  • Visualize their businesses three years in the future
  • Formulate internal planning processes to establish interim goals and strategies
  • Identify resources to assist in reaching business goals
  • Examine and respond to challenges and transitions
  • Develop action plans to grow their businesses
  • Explore operational systems needed to support growing businesses
  • Discuss ways to improve profitability and financial performance

Meet The Facilitators:

Bill Ringle

For the past 35 years Bill  has had a successful career in manufacturing both as a corporate executive and as an entrepreneur.  Today, Bill serves as a trusted business advisor to the owners of held companies and family businesses.  He helps owners design and implement custom business systems in their companies that result in consistent and sustainable performance.  He does this through www.systemringle.com.   Bill is a graduate and certified facilitator of the Ewing Marion Kauffman Foundation’s FastTrac® Entrepreneurial Education Program.  He has facilitated various FastTrac® programs for many years.

Robert Graham

Robert has held several positions in a Fortune 50 company in areas of quality assurance and manufacturing management, technical sales, new venture management, R&D and the manufacturing development of new materials and products in support of the national space program. In addition, he has held an executive management position in a privately held materials manufacturing company that developed and produced advanced technology components for worldwide electronic applications. He also has experience with process improvement through a non-profit community resource consortium in the field of healthcare. He is currently an Executive-in-Residence at Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA, where he also is a professor in the MBA program.  He is a graduate of the FastTrac® program and is a certified facilitator for the Kauffman Foundation in Kansas City, MO.
