Coaching: Enhancing capabilities and performance within your organization

This workshop will provide different approaches to coaching in organizations.  Through group discussion and skill practices, we will explore ground rules and ethics for coaching, peer coaching approaches, one on one coaching, and group coaching methods, as well as the Gestalt approach to coaching, which focuses first on what is well developed with individuals and groups.  We will close the workshop by sharing ideas and best practices on developing managers as coaches to enhance employee performance.  Bring your coaching stories and experiences to share.  We look forward to your participation in this interactive and experiential workshop.
