Registration provides CME, including credit reported by KAFP for each KAFP member; online handouts; Internet connection; access to exhibits; refreshments; opportunity to enter prize drawings; and meals (including 2 complimentary tickets to the President’s Dinner).

You must register for the Fun Run with T-shirt size; but there is no extra fee.

What's not included with registration

The Pre-conference: KSA Group Learning Session, Heart Failure.. Limit 20 participants.

The Pre-conference: Serious Illness Conversation Workshop. Limit 36 participants.

 Wine Tasting tickets. This is a separate fundraiser event for the KAFP-Foundation.

Additional President Dinner tickets may be purchased for $75/each. (2 complimentary tickets with registration)

The KAFP-F Silent Auction will be open Thurs-Fri.  You are also invited to attend the popular Wine Tasting Fundraiser Thursday evening, a charity event in the home of Dr. Sheryl Beard and Mr. Steve Johnson. All proceeds benefit the KAFP-Foundation. The evening includes a live auction of wines! Light hors d’oeuvres will be served. You may wish to eat before, as this will not be a full meal.
