Can I register now, even though I can't pay until the new Fiscal Year starts in July? 

• Yes! And please do register now, so we know you're coming! Click on the "Register Now" link above to access the online the registration form and indicate that you will pay by check. Then in July, just pop a check in the mail or email Heather.White@mhcc.edu to switch your payment method to a credit card. 

How do I register myself?

• Click on the "Register Now" link at the top of this page, and fill out the online the registration form (1 person per registration, using a unique email address).

How do I register someone else?

• Click on the "Register Now" link at the top of this page to access the online registration form; use the unique email address of the attendee. 
• All emails and receipts will go to the email address used to register (which must be the attendee's unique email address); this includes a registration confirmation email and a payment receipt if you pay online by credit card.
• If you are paying for someone else and need the receipt, ask them to forward it to you, or request one from Heather.White@mhcc.edu.

Can I register a group of people together? 

• No, everyone must register individually online using their own unique email address.
• You must register only 1 attendee at a time through the online form, using their unique email address.
• If you are paying by check, you can write 1 check for multiple attendees, but be sure to indicate each attendee the check pays for - this is very important! See below for how to pay by check. 

How do I pay? 

• Click on the "Register Now" link above and the registration form will ask you whether you are paying by credit card or by check.
  • If you indicate credit card, it will prompt you to enter your card information via the WePay platform.
  • If you select to pay by check, make checks payable to AAWCC Oregon, include a note indicating which attendee(s) the check pays for (this is very important!), and mail both the check and the note of who it pays for to: Cherie Maas-Anderson (AAWCC Oregon) Portland Community College, PO Box 19000, Portland, OR 97280-0990

Receipts and Confirmation Emails: 

• Upon registering, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. 
• If you pay by credit card, you will automatically receive a payment receipt by email. 
• If not, email Heather.White@mhcc.edu. 
• If you are a college employee who needs receipts for people you paid for, email  Heather.White@mhcc.edu and she'll get them for you.

Refund Policy: 

• We will offer refunds for Early Bird registrations only, within 48 HOURS of the timestamp of the Early Bird registration. Otherwise, we do not offer refunds. We welcome you to substitute a different person for a paid registration, but make sure to let Heather.White@mhcc.edu know, so she can change the name on the registration and arrange for a nametag for the new attendee. Thanks!

How do I change my payment method? 

• If you have already registered but need to change your payment method, email Heather.White@mhcc.edu and she will work with you on this.

How do I apply for a State Chapter Scholarship? 

• All the information you need is on our Scholarships Page.
• Otherwise you can email our VP of Finance, Cherie Maas-Anderson at cmaas@pcc.edu.

Hotel Reservations & Discount Code:

• Our conference will be held in the Lodge and Conference Center of the Salishan Spa & Golf Resort in Gleneden Beach, Oregon. This resort is located a short walk from the Pacific Ocean, and a 10 minute drive down Hwy 101 from Lincoln City. 
• If you plan to pay for your reservation using a corporate credit card that is NOT in your name, contact the Salishan reservation desk to obtain a Credit Card Authorization Form at least one week before the conference. 
• To make reservations by phone, call the hotel at 1-800-452-2300.

• Reservations made by 6/28/17 for dates within 7/19/17 - 7/21/17 are elligible for a discount using Group Code AAWCC2017. 
• Discounted room rates, per night, *plus taxes and fees estimated at 23.6%: 
  • Online or by phone: $130* Traditional Queen or King Guestroom
  • By phone only: $150* Deluxe Guestroom; $170* Premier Guestroom
  • There's a possibility of extending your stay at the discounted rate for adjacent dates preceding 7/19/17, but only by phone; the week of the conference, if the hotel has open rooms on adjacent dates following 2/21/17 they might extend the discount as well, but they won't know until that week. Call for more info!

Will there be food? 

• Yes! We will feed you breakfast, lunch, and coffee/tea as part of your registration fee. 

Why am I getting emails asking me to register, even though I already registered?

• You are on our general mailing list and while our software is smart enough to address you by name, it is not smart enough to check it against the current registration list.
