'Leading Tomorrow' - Masterclass (London)

Getting to the root cause of issues that result in organisational underperformance is the prime focus of this one-day masterclass.

Organisational Culture has a powerful effect on business results, helping to make or break even the most insightful strategy or the most experienced executives. It can encourage innovation, growth, market leadership, employee engagement and customer satisfaction.

Truly understanding the culture and impact of leadership on the culture can unlock the full potential and transform your organisation.

Leading Tomorrow, led by International Speaker and Author, Michael J. O'Brien, will centre around The Pacific Institute's® internationally renowned Leadership Model and the behaviours that shape performance within your organisation.

The day will also incorporate a diagnostictool that measures your own leadership philosophy. Understanding this will help you transform your own leadership post event.

The cost of the masterclass includes all learning materials, refreshments and lunch.

Price per person: £249 (includes VAT)
