Join us for an educational dinner and community event!  

Educational Dinner: The topic is “No Sweat” - this program discusses the benefits of sports and exercise, how to choose and prepare for an activity that’s right for you, and how to incorporate physical activities into daily life.

Community Event: After dinner we will walk together as a group to see the Norfolk Admirals (ECHL ‘AA’ Hockey League) take on the Greenville Swamp Rabbits.
