After more than a decade of passionate research and practical experience, Annie has developed a daily practice that acts as an amazing multivitamin for the soul.  Life is chock-full of struggles and obstacles, and having daily practices to keep us nourished in an effort to be our best self and live our most fulfilled life is essential.  Annie will also share research-supported data to help us in this effort.
