As you have probably guessed.... this years Beach Retreat Theme Tis ...

Make it a Coastal Holiday!!!

Do you intend to make pretty things for the holidays but time never allows it?  If so, then this retreat is for you!  Let's get started early this year!  What could be more fun than creating your holiday projects at a retreat with unlimited crafting and scrapbooking time!  Please join me for a Holiday Papercrafting Retreat in my favorite beach town- GRAYTON BEACH!

When-  October 19-22  (Thrusday 10 a.m. until Sunday 10 a.m.)
Where- Bahama Breeze- Grayton Beach- Same house as our retreat this year!   Yes,  I wokred magic wih the new owners.  

This year you have an option to check in WEDNESDAY NIGHT, for an extra $20.00.  Here is the catch.  You can not check in until after 8:00 P.M.  Centrail Time.  We have to have time to set up the house and get everything arranged.  But think about it, no more getting up at the crack of dawn on Thursday morning.  The choice is yours.  .  

There has been a slight increase due to the sale of the house.  Also, we need a little more moeny to cover the meals that Beth is planning and for her travel down to Florida.  The cost is now $420.00.  This is what it inclueds-  

• Lodging  -  You will share a room in a luxury house with other croppers.  I will try to put you with a group that you know.  First come first choice!
• There will be a maximum of 20 paid croppers.  
• You will get approximately 3 feet of creating  space, 
• Close To My Heart Products- This year croppers got well over $200 worth of products.  I can't tell you exactly how much it will be but I can say that it will be at least $150.00 worth of products to use to create your projects with.  
• Meals will be provided on Friday,  Saturday and Sunday.  There will be no meals served on Thursday.  
•  Each day I will have at least one project/class for you to do.  Thursday morning will start you off with a work at your own pace project.   On Friday and Saturday I will be teaching more structured classes.  I may also have some independent classes for you to do that will be included in the cost.  I will also have OPTIONAL CLASSES available at additional costs.  Those will be announced inthe fall when the new idea book is out.    
• This retreat is an increadiable value.  For a maximum of $140 a day you will get lodging in a beautiful beach home, meals, products,  projects, free instruction, goodies, and a view to die for!  

Coffee and water is provided.  Soft drinks, tea and whatever else is BYOB!  

The fee is non-refundable once you register, but in the event that you can not go, you can sell your registration.  

 We will go out as a group- dutch treat.  (optional of course)  You can stay in the house and order out or choose your own place to eat.

I am mailing this out to last years attendees.  Please register ASAP if you plan to attend.  If you do not plan to attned, please let me know so I can open it up to others. I will advertise this to the public next Monday.  

I know some of you just came away from my cruise and have registered for antoher cruise.  If you need a little more time to pay your deposit, let me know and we will work something out.  

This retreat is only open to my customers and my downline.  If I do not fill it, I will open it to other consutlatns.  Debbie  and Jeri- you are adopted team members, so you are welcome to register as soon as you receive this. 

I already have some of the projects planned.  They will be amazing!!!!!

 

If any of you want to stay all day Sunday and check out Monday, please let me know.  I will try to work something out with the owners.  I am not sure what the fee will be yet, it will depend on how many want to stay.  So please let me know in an email or under comments.
