Anyone Can Dance!

Dancing makes you feel better than young. What's more--ANYONE can dance, even if you don't feel confident you can.

Whether you have never danced before, are limited in movement,  or even need to hang on to something when you're moving...adaptive dance is fun and good for you. When you discover what you can actually do sitting in a chair or holding onto a chair-back, it’s inspiring.

It's even more motivating dancing to music that ranges from Doo Wop to Big Band to tango and rock 'n' roll. Partners not required.. but bring them if you have them!

Come to an introductory session to enjoy, have fun--and learn how even you can dance.

Our instructor, Judith Sachs, is a FitC member with years of experience in teaching those who think they can't dance--that they can.

Click Here to Register  No charge for the introduction. But if there is interest there can be regular sessions of adaptive dancing in the future at $5 a class.

A WPH/FitC Event
