Economics of Small Business
Who Should attend: Any business owner struggling to gain control over their business finances.
What is covered: This seminar separates the business model, how you deliver value, from the economic model, how you develop revenue. Participants will learn the dynamics and interaction of their businesses expense model, the units they need to sell, the necessary margin they need to generate and other methods for generating revenue.
Expected outcome: Participants should no longer feel they are “run by their business” and will understand how they can control and manage their business.

Mike Reid
Mike is a retired executive from the insurance industry where he held various leadership positions including General Manager and Chief Operating Officer. Among his various assignments, he launched a new company overseas gaining the experience of what it’s like to start a business from scratch. Mike has been a volunteer at SCORE for six years, has been involved in presenting a various workshops and is a previous Chapter Chairman.
