In this workshop the presenter will introduce you to an easy-to-use, highly-effective process and tool to analyze your business’ greatest strengths, prioritize and strategize your greatest opportunities, shore up your organization’s weaknesses, and effectively prepare for and mitigate against an economic downturn, government regulations, and aggressive competition.
