Attending this conference is free for parents, caregivers, youth, teachers, and other professionals who register.

Information Table Spaces registered to Disability Agencies or Community Organizations are free. We do ask that they donate a door prize or gift card, if possible.

Vendor Table Spaces reserved for the purpose of selling a product or service are $100 each. Vendors may donate a door prize if they like.

A light breakfast and lunch will be served. We are happy to provide meals for one person per table for free for Disability Agencies or Community Organizations. Extra meals for Information Providers are $15 each.  Meals for Vendors are $15 each.
