Re-certification 7/11/17

WHO SHOULD ATTEND? 

Only persons who are current & have received the Support Broker Initial training and want to continue to provide Support Broker services to those who have chosen Self-directed Services.  If you do not have a current Support Broker Certification, then you need to attend the Initial Support Broker Training.    

Certification is valid for 2 years. Trainees will be required to demonstrate core competency by passing a written exam.  Registration is required as space is limited & only those listed on roster will be admitted.

Other info:  Lunch is on your own.  A cafe is on the premisis on the 2nd floor, and nearby are other fast food options.  You may also bring your own.  

Please note: There will be no admittance once the training has begun, and remember to dress for fluctuating temperatures.

 You must have had the Initial or Re-CertificationTraining (within the last 2 years) before you can take this session.  You will be required to list the exact date of your last certification when you register.

For Support Brokers who are due for re-certification. You must have had the Initial Training before you can take this session.
