Employment First Webinar - Person Centered Thinking - Feb. 17, 2017
Person Centered Thinking is how we instill the values behind Person Centered Planning into service delivery and everyday interactions. It keeps the focus on the individual and uses their preferences, strengths, and needs to inform how agencies and organizations work with people. Organizations can use Person Centered Thinking to offer better and more individualized approaches, and train their staff to be people centered versus system centered.
