If you want to learn the ins and outs of making and baking homemade Stromboli, you are in for a treat
in this hands on class taught by Bill the Baker from Chicago. While some believe it’s named after the Italian island of Stromboli, others believe it got its name from the 1950s Italian-American film, Stromboli directed by Roberto Rossellini, featuring Ingrid Bergman. Regardless of its origin, Stromboli is a delicious baked bread crust stuffed with meats, veggies and/or cheeses and enjoyed for lunch, dinner, or as an appetizer. Stromboli is even great for breakfast, stuffed with egg, cheese, sausage, or bacon. And for veggie lovers, we’ll make one filled with your
favorites. Regardless of your preferences, Stromboli is a crowd-pleaser anytime! We’ll taste wine to compliment the menu.
