This class is intended to expand your mind as it pertains to delicious chicken recipes from around the world. Come with the expectation of gaining new inspiration in this special 3-hour class as Chef Deja teaches us how to break down a whole chicken and cook dishes using all of the parts to enjoy 5 different meals. This will be a demonstration and hands-on cooking class using organic, humanely raised chicken! Menu: Braised Chicken All’Arrabbiata (legs), Chichien Scarpariello (thighs), Chicken Involtini (breasts), Caramelized Garlic, Chicken & Goat Cheese Tart and Glass Noodle Chicken Salad! We’ll taste wines to compliment the menu.
