In this hands on and demonstration style class taught by Chef Sharyn Singer, we’ll create a  sweet and savory main course along with starters to make waking up on a lazy weekend morning something to look forward to. Learn tips for perfectly poaching, fluffy scrambling and making over easy eggs foolproof. Our Brunch Menu: Blueberry streusel muffins, Mascarpone stuffed French toast with caramelized pears, Omelette with asparagus, homemade ricotta and feta cheese topped with fine herbs and a Crispy winter fruit parfait. We’ll taste 3 brunch worthy drinks to top off our menu.
