Youth Leadership Summit
with Rosalind Wiseman
Rosalind Wiseman, international speaker and best selling author (Queen Bees and Wanna Bees, Masterminds and Wingmen) will speak with Natick High School and Middle School student leaders about creating a culture of respect in their school, team organization, community and social circles.
- Each year Wiseman works with tens of thousands of students, educators, parents, counselors, coaches, and administrators to create communities based on the belief that each person has a responsibility to treat themselves and others with dignity.
- Rosalind recognizes that creating a culture of dignity in a school is challenging and ongoing work. With this in mind, Rosalind will illustrate how the social landscape of young people, cliques, bullying, and social hierarchies among children and adults can be placed into a larger context of social justice.
- Wiseman provides concrete, common sense strategies for students so that all participants walk away from the presentation with positive ways to lead and impact their community.
- This program is open to all Middle and High School leaders - including leaders in clubs, sports, and community service activities. Also, students identified (by teachers, coaches, counselors, parents or themselves) who are passionate about creating a positive and inclusive school culture are also welcome.
