Le Guerre de Vin (The Wine War)
The Finger Lakes take on Les Provinces de France!
We will be featuring 3 flights of wine paired with European style small plates. Each flight will include two wines for you to vote your preference. Dessert will also be accompanied by a very special dessert wine.
Our guest speaker is Donna Schlosser-Long, President of the Finger Lakes Women for WineSense Chapter. She will lead the charge in our Le Guerre de Vin event at Ember & Vine in Cranberry on March 28.
Donna is a sales consultant for Frederick Wildman & Sons, Ltd., a hundred year old importer and distributor located in NYC. Recently, Donna completed the Level III WSET and is a recipient of the Women for WineSense Rising Star Award.
Ember & Vine is located in the Double Tree Hotel (the old Cranberry Sheraton).
