Kauffman Museum Spring Gala

The Newton Mid-Kansas Symphony's Spring Concert and Kauffman Museum's Spring Gala celebrate "coming home" and memory, through music, artwork or material goods. Buy tickets to both events and get a discount!

NMKSO presents “Facets of Memory,” 4 p.m., Sunday March 19, in Bethel College Memorial Hall. Thomas W. Douglas conducts “The Reef” by guest composer Michael Knopf; plus music on remembrance and western themes.

The Kauffman Museum's Spring Gala fundraiser and special exhibit "Memory Matters: works by Gesine Janzen." 5:30 p.m. Reception -- stroll the gallery exhibit gallery with the artist and music by Nova Deco.  6:00 Program - "Remembering" presented by Gesine Janzen. Faspa (light evening meal) in the museum exhibits following the program.
