Legally Setting Up Your Business 

Do you know what can go wrong and be more costly if you make business legal decisions without good advice? This workshop will help you learn how to choose the best business and tax structure, social media, employee and independent contractor agreements, non-competes, and non-disclosure agreements. 

This invaluable and upbeat workshop addresses critical legal issues for small businesses. You will learn the types of business entities and what might be right for your business. Also, you will learn if you need to spend money forming an LLC or corporation and then doing the annual reporting.
