Sustaining a school garden throughout the summer can be challenging but also offers a way to increase community and broader educational opportunities for all involved! Join us to explore the many ways to keep your gardens active and thriving and poised to serve educational needs during the following school year. Topics covered will be garden maintenance, planning ahead for the fall, engaging summer help, community outreach and use of summer-grown produce and other garden goods. Curriculum, guides and other materials will be provided.
