A Goddess through Her Seasons: Food and Nutrition to Power an Energized Life 

In the Greek tradition, the USDA Human Nutrition Research Center on Aging at Tufts University is guided by philosopher Hippocrates who said “let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.” And in the spirit of the Goddess Ponoma, HNRCA professor Dr. Sue Roberts will present why fruits and vegetables are the key to nutritious eating patterns and an important contributor to healthy and active aging.
